Taste of Vietnam

I'm Philippe, a creative home cook who specializes in Vietnamese cuisine. Take a journey with me where you'll learn the coveted art of making some of the most popular Vietnamese foods.

My story begins with my parents who instilled in me a love for traditional home-cooked Vietnamese foods. My parents immigrated here as political refugees during the Vietnam War and they expressed their love to me and my siblings through food. With it they also imparted stories of our ancestors, our culture and heritage through cooking.

A deep passion for Asian and Vietnamese food has always been a core part of my life and I want to share it with you.
